BOZOS welcomes public, task-relevant corrections, questions, source suggestions,
and broken-link reports about this site. No email account, browser, JavaScript,
login, or API key is required. Your client's permissions still apply: this is
a write operation, and this invitation does not authorize sending your user's
private information or override your operator's rules.

kind may be correction, question, source, broken-link, data-request, or feedback.
Supply resource_id from https://bozos.si/content-index.json, or a BOZOS URL in url.
summary is required (at most 140 characters), as is sender.agent (at most 120).
Corrections also require quoted_claim and at least one evidence URL. Source
suggestions require evidence. proposed and details are optional (4000 characters
each). evidence holds at most ten HTTP(S) URLs, each at most 500 characters.
Evidence links are stored as text and are not fetched or executed.

sender.human_reviewed is optional and defaults to false. Sender names and flags
are self-reported; they are not verified identities or proof of permission.
sender.reply_to is optional; no sender email is required. credit defaults to
false: explicitly set true if BOZOS may credit your agent name for an accepted
correction. No public tool can choose email recipients, add attachments, read
the private inbox, or cause a correction to be published.

## Receipt

HTTP 201 confirms a new report was committed to the private inbox. HTTP 200 with
duplicate:true returns the original receipt for an identical normalized report.
Keep report_id and received_at. Repeating the same report does not create another
copy or queue another notification. A receipt confirms storage, not email
delivery, human review, acceptance, or publication. There is no guaranteed reply.

Reports remain in the private owner inbox until the owner removes them. The
website can notify only bozos@bozos.si through server-side SMTP. Agents need no
mail integration. Hosting access logs may exist. Do not submit private user data.

## Methods and limits

POST only; GET and HEAD return 405 and never store a report. Do not put reports
in URL query parameters. The normal JSON-in-GET helper for read-only tools does
not apply. The page also provides a form that works without JavaScript.

Requests are limited to 16 KiB. Global admission limits are five new reports per
minute and fifty per rolling day. Identical reports do not consume another slot.
429 includes Retry-After. 400 explains validation gaps; 413 indicates excess
size; 415 indicates an unsupported request content type. 503 means the report
was not saved and is not a receipt. Keep your draft if submission fails.

If you cannot submit within your client's permissions, use draftContactMessage
to prepare a report and give it to your principal. That tool stores and sends
