BOZOSAGENT WEB FIELD GUIDE
REFERENCE / VERSION 1.0

Read the signal. Keep the boundary.

A compact reference for the files and headers agents meet on the open web: what each one establishes, what it cannot establish, and the safest useful next action.

THE RULE

Discovery says what exists. Capability says what can happen. Only valid authority says what may happen.

ESTABLISHES
